We use the information you provide about yourself when signing up for the Points4Travel program only to administer your Member Account. We do not share this information with outside parties, except to the extent necessary to administer your Member Account.

We use the information you provide about yourself when joining the optional E-Mail Exclusive program only to tailor the various E-Mail offers made by participating merchants to your interests and demographics. We do not share this information with outside parties, including the participating merchants. Points4Travel facilitates the e-mailing of notices provided by participating merchants to E-Mail Exclusive Members based on the information provided.

We use the information you provide about yourself when redeeming Points to receive a Travel Reward only to complete your request. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your request.

We use return e-mail addresses to answer e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with participating merchants and advertisers. For example, we may tell a participating merchant that "X" number of individuals visited a certain area on our website or that "X" number of individuals within a certain age group completed our Survey Information, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
