Ten inches of new powder. You grab a quick breakfast at the Poppy Seed Café
and take the Inn's shuttle straight to Mt. Bachelor. Ski hard. And, when the
lifts close, you thank the heavens that the Inn is the closest resort to the
mountain, because when others are listening to "are we there yet?', your kids
are of ice skating and you're relaxing in the hot tub. Start a spring day off with a quick nine, come back for a business meeting in our conference center for a few hours and then finish the afternoon with a fun game of tennis or white water rafting on the nearby Deschutes River. As the day winds to a close, after a drink in our lounge, you walk back to your room and look up to discover just how many stars there really are. It's a warm summer morning. You're on a family bike ride by nine, slipping down the pool's 65-foot long water slide by noon and, after dropping the kids off at Camp 7, the Inn's day camp, you're enjoying the rest of the afternoon being a couple again. After a wonderful dinner at our elegant, comfortable restaurant, Josiah's, walk back to your condominium and find out just how restful a bed can feel. A beautiful autumn day. Wake up earlier than the fish and hit the nearby Deschutes River. Come back for a nature hike, a horseback ride or slip into a canoe, drift to a quiet spot and just relax. Sometimes the best activity is inactivity. |
