Choose From Historic Main Lodge, Clubhouse Suites or Lake Cottages Indoor Pool and Fitness Complex Heated Indoor Pool Enjoy our spectacular new pool and Fitness Center with hot tubs, 110-foot water slide, snack bar and exercise equipment located on the beach. 1500-foot Sand Beach Beach-side activities include swimming, volleyball, boccie ball, badmitton, horseshoes, shuffleboard and picnics Four Golf Courses The Pines, The Preserve, Deacon's Lodge and the Garden Course are available at Grand View Lodge. Discounted golf and lessons are available. Boats and Rentals Playaks, canoes, paddle boats and non-motorized fishing boats are available at no charge. Motors, ski boats, pontoons, and bikes can be rented. Boat Lifts Boat lifts are available for weights up to 3,600 lbs. Boats cannot be tied to beachfront docks, so reserve these facilities in advance. Jet Skis To ensure guests' safety and enjoyment, jet skis and powered water bikes are prohibited on or around our beach. World-Class Tennis We feature 11 Laykold courts, free children's clinics, private lessons and group mixers conducted by our tennis pro. Ball machines are available. Tournement play held on selected weekends. Garden Walks Wooded and paved paths take you through the beautiful Grand View gardens and thousands of flowers. Paul Bunyan Trail We offer one of the nation's longest paved trails for biking, hiking and rollerblading. Located approximately two miles from the resort. Social Activities Our Social Director arranges horseback riding, biking and hiking tours, bingo, movies, dances and more. Recreation Center Our various games include ping pong, pool, air hockey and more. Children's Programs Learning and adventure programs for children 3 to 12 are conducted by trained Grand View counselors. Day and evening activities available Monday through Saturday. (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Kid's Programs Morning Program 9-11:30 am * Lunchtime 11:30-1 pm Afternoon activites 1-3 pm * Parents pick-up 3 pm Kids' Club Guest ages 3-6 Available to guests ages 3-6, Kids' Club is a fun way for your child to enjoy his or her Grand View Lodge vacation. Try Kids' Club for days filled with games, art activites, adventures and other fun. Adventure Club Guest ages 7-12 Guests ages 7-12 are encouraged to try Adventure Club, a program to meet other kids and share exciting summertime activities together.
